BestFriends was created to put smiles on faces. Its about being there for your friends when they need you. Its about you knowing your friends love you. We’re a group of high school and college students working under the National Science Foundations iCAP and iCORP program at George Mason and George Washington Universities finding a way to build better friendships, happier friendships, real friendships putting more smiles on more faces - and yes, YOURS!

* Introducing CareHearts: Good for any occasion but super helpful on one of those days when out of the blue something bad happens crushing your day. Leaving us devastated. It’s evening, sitting in our rooms with the lights out, on the bed listening to those songs we always listen to in these times. But, our friends have no idea all this is happening. Why? Because we didn’t tell them because we’re just not ready to talk about it yet.

The Result: No emotional support, no caring, no understanding from our closest friends. None of it. We struggle alone.

CareHearts to the rescue: Our unique feature lets your friends send you emotional support via virtual hugs, blowing kisses
high into the air, let you know they are thinking about you and more!

* PhotoPOP: Sharing images on the app is quick, simple and unique. To view images just Shake your iPhone and it pops up.

* Sending Songs: Yep! Send a that song to a friend that you listen to when your vibe matches theirs. Your friends will thank you for it.

* Fixing Fights: Wow! Maybe you just had a huge fight with a friend. Check out our [Friendship Drama] feature helping you calm down and helping you to reach out to fix this mess.

Once you download, after a quick registration, just tap the (Start here) circle at bottom-right of screen for a quick walk-through. Tap the small planet with the (+) Add Friends to invite up to 5 BFFs. Tap the large planet to go to the main page with all the features. All the features have push and in-app notifications to allow you to interact with your friends real-time.
